Cindy Miller

Dr. Cindy Miller resides in New Jersey with her husband, Stanton Miller, and together they founded Calvary Tabernacle in Wrightstown, NJ, where she serves as senior pastor. She is also a professor of practical theology and program editor at Urshan Graduate School of Theology. Dr.Miller is an author, speaker, and podcast host who ministers nationally and internationally.

Tim Zuniga

Tim Zuniga has served as lead pastor of Goodlettsville Pentecostal Church in Goodlettsville, Tennessee, for more than two decades. A native of San Diego, California, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Christian Life College. With a passion for leadership and the local church, Tim is committed to developing healthy teams and equipping believers for lasting ministry. He and his wife, Julie, have been married for more than 30 years and are proud parents of three sons and a daughter-in-law.

Matthew Johnson

Matthew Johnson is an ordained minister with the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) who has served in ministry for more than 25 years. He serves on the Board of Trustees for Compassion Services International (CSI) and the UPCI Stewardship Advisory Council, and has previously served on the executive team for UPCI Youth Ministries and the Missouri Youth Ministries leadership team. Matthew and his wife, Amanda, are the proud parents of Abriah and Jace.

Akil Thompson

Akil Thompson is the pastor of Extraordinary Church in Mississauga and Toronto, Ontario, where he is passionate about helping ordinary people experience extraordinary life in Jesus. Known for practical teaching and authentic leadership. Akil focuses on discipleship, leadership development, and helping people build a faith that works in everyday life. He and his wife, Sarah, enjoy building life and ministry together with their family.

Robin Johnston

Robin Johnston is the editor in chief for the UPCI, the president of the Pentecostal Resources Group, and the director of the Center for the Study of Oneness Pentecostalism. In addition, he serves as professor of historical theology at Urshan Graduate School of The-ology. Robin is married to Marsha, and they have three adult children.

Lee Ann Alexander

Lee Ann Alexander is associate editor in chief of the UPCI and senior vice president of Pentecostal Resources Group. She is a student of discipleship, and weekends usually find her training discipleship teams or teaching in her home church.

Ryan Franklin

Ryan Franklin is a Christian leadership coach and author who helps leaders find clarity and confidence so they can lead from a place of rest instead of burnout. As the founder of Christian Leader Made Simple, he equips pastors and ministry leaders with a clear vision and practical plan for sustained growth. His mission is to help leaders make disciples more effectively.

Kaleb Saucer

Kaleb Saucer serves as executive pastor at The Sanctuary and as vice president of sales and marketing for the Pentecostal Resources Group. He is passionate about helping churches cultivate healthy hearts, healthy homes, and healthy churches through intentional discipleship. Alongside his wife, Ellerie, he helps lead Healthy Homes, a UPC initiative equipping families and churches for family discipleship.

Cultivate is a three-day conference hosted by Pentecostal Resources Group designed to equip pastors, leaders, and ministry teams to grow healthy hearts, healthy homes, and healthy churches. It’s about returning to the heart of ministry—discipleship.

Cultivate is for everyone involved in spiritual formation ministry - pastors, teachers, kids and youth leaders, family ministry teams, small group leaders, and anyone passionate about helping others grow in faith.

You’ll experience inspiring main sessions, practical split sessions across four ministry tracks (teaching kids, youth, and adults, family ministry, small groups, and leadership development), powerful worship, and opportunities to connect and learn from other leaders.

Cultivate will take place May 13-15, 2027, at The Sanctuary in St. Louis, Missouri. The conference begins Thursday evening and concludes early Saturday afternoon.

Absolutely. Cultivate was built with teams in mind. When pastors, leaders, and volunteers learn side by side, they return home united by shared vision and fresh ideas. Each track offers practical tools for multiple ministry areas, making Cultivate a powerful investment in your whole team’s growth.
